I led end-to-end source-to-target mapping efforts as part of the migration from decommissioned Informatica source systems to newly designed data models, ensuring seamless data integration and uninterrupted business continuity. As part of this modernization initiative, I analyzed and re-engineered legacy ETL mappings to align with evolving source structures, resulting in improved pipeline efficiency and system performance. I worked closely with cross-functional teams—including data architects, ETL developers, and business analysts—to translate complex business and data requirements into optimized, scalable data flow designs. Additionally, I was responsible for designing and documenting Functional Component Layer (FCL) applications, which introduced modular and reusable transformation logic into the new ETL framework. To ensure a smooth transition, I conducted comprehensive impact analysis and data validation activities, safeguarding data integrity across both legacy and modernized environments and enabling system decommissioning without any data loss.
