Building Noa, a root-cause, inside-out weight management platform for Tier-2 women.India is heading toward a metabolic crisis, 1 in 3 adults projected to be obese. The burden is disproportionately higher on women in their 30s and 40s. While Tier-1 cities have access, awareness, and safer options, Tier-2 India is left navigating misinformation, shortcuts, and unsafe solutions.This started personally. Despite a background in powerlifting, I struggled until correcting B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies and rebuilding gut health helped me sustainably lose 12+ kgs. Having spent nearly 7 years building in Tier-2 and beyond India, had seen how aspiration outpaces infrastructure and how health decisions are shaped by access gaps.
