Works as a Service Operation Engineer, responsible for handling and maintaining the Amaron and PowerZone in the Western Territory, including 16 Primary Dealers and 500+ Sub Dealers.• Support Dealers, OEM Dealers and Sub Dealers to resolve customer complaints & provide troubleshooting guides to the service team with Battery Warranty Adjudication for Amaron, Elito and PowerZone Battery. Follow up and meet commitments to the customer.• Ensure availability and calibration of service equipment at Dealer/Sub Dealer points.• Assist in audits and maintain service documentation per company standards.• Evaluate battery conditions and approve/reject warranty claims as per guidelines, while maintaining TAT according to SOP.• Coordinate with the distribution center (DC) for reverse logistics of defective batteries.• Diagnose and resolve battery-related complaints at customer locations or dealerships.• Share field performance feedback of batteries with the Quality or R&D team.• Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce warranty costs.• Guide and support dealers in doorstep service implementation.• Conduct a Tear Down Analysis (TDA) for batteries that fail under warrant.
