    Project : 15th Gen Intel Core Ultra 200S series (Core Ultra 5/7/9) processors for Enthusiast Desktop AI PCs Enhanced Platform Stress Tests to capture Hang issue which reduced ~200 DPM (Defects per Million). Root caused a system hang to a bug in metal layer facilitating new Silicon stepping release. Through BIOS optimizations reduced test time by 3% of BareMetal content in Test Program. Established System to Tester correlation controlling incoming DPM (Defects per Million). Zero yield on Engineering Samples root caused to Firmware logic bug for certain slice combinations Recovered 1% yield loss by root causing failure in Power Management stress tests to Vmin fuse issue. Voltage/Frequency characterization of multiple rejects helped root cause frequency clipping issue. Created a new tool for core mask fuse values calculation which reduced calculation time by 10%. Analyzed high volume manufacturing data for detecting and dispositioning Early Life Failures. Identified and root caused errors in Machine Status Registers to a Firmware Algorithm Bug.Project : 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7/i9 processors for Desktops and Laptops. Conducted multiple experiments on rejects to recommend Guard Band increase to class team.Project : 12th Gen Intel Core i3, Atom & N-Series processors for Notebooks, Desktops & Embedded System Created a TCL script to achieve 100% reproducibility of an inconsistent customer issue. Achieved Test Time Reduction of 1 minute by handling peripheral power in script before boot. Fixed High Retest Rate issue caused DUT boot image pollution.
