Responsible for budgeting $150M Drilling service line revenue spanning over 10 countries and 800 employees. Tasked with field contribution margin improvement and cost optimization, I have assisted management to identify and optimize costs, resulting in 2.4% improvement in EBIT in 2025-Managed field capex budget of $23M and non-field capex of $16M in 2025, ensuring spend is well tracked, warranted, and backed by pay-back and NPV analysis-Tracking performance against the budget through rolling forecasts. Coaching non-financial managers to better understand the financial and cash impact is important to me as in my experience it brings tangible results and adds value for shareholders-Treasury responsibilities include managing cash gap, setting up performance bank guarantees, issuing bank compliance certificates, covenant checks, managing and forecasting cash needs to fund working capital and track/report working capital key metrices- New customer due diligence and credit checks to mitigate future risk- Certified financial modeler – leveraging my background in advance Excel and Power BI skills- Liaison with tax consultants for North American tax filings and seeking financial advice on need basis- Ensuring adequate risk coverage is in place when reviewing MSAs – I maintain relationships with insurance brokers and underwriters to obtain best services for premiums paid- Ensuring all activities and transactions are properly captured, recorded & reported in monthly financials- Audit duties include assisting internal audit and external audit teams with their requests, present current business and future business outlook, assess PPE and goodwill impairment analysis among other duties.
