   Leading a team of 12 testers providing Quality Assurance services for 2 large-scale projects, guiding the team, through complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). From requirement analysis to estimation, Test design, planning, execution, follow-ups, reporting, and sign-offs, I ensure a seamless process and risk call-outs.• Working with Agile methodologies, managing tests and defects via tools- HPQC/JIRA. And following up to make sure defects get fixed as soon as possible to ensure sprints are not disturbed, leading to on-time and defect-free delivery of user stories release on release.• Embracing an automation-first approach for 1500+ screens and 15 Micro-services, I’ve implemented both UI based (UI PATH, Selenium) and API-based (POSTMAN) automation framework for sanity, regression, functional test execution and reporting across Web/Mobile Applications.
