Over the last 9 years, I’ve worked on helping B2B SaaS products go from “built” to “bought.” These are products that aren’t easy to sell ]- APIs, card issuing, enterprise payment systems, where the challenge isn’t just building the product, but figuring out how it should be understood, positioned, and actually adopted. Across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise data, I’ve worked closely with product, sales, and leadership teams on things like-how we position products in the market -how we price and package them -how we enable sales in long enterprise cycles -how we take new products to market I enjoy working on problems where there’s no clear playbook especially in early-stage or evolving products, where product marketing has to shape both the story and the commercial motion. Lately, I’ve been spending more time thinking about platform products, APIs, and how technical products scale beyond early adopters.
