I have owned creation of a novel HR tech marketplace for Naukri on-boarding 30+ external partners to strengthen Naukri ecosystem where HR products like video interviews, assessments etc. can be plugged & played as per need. These were integrated in Naukri’s Recruitment management system (RMS). RMS was available for use for HRs to maintain their pipeline of candidates from sourcing to interviewing & final offers.I have led UX & Data science teams to achieve 30%+ growth in buyer & business CSAT. Ideated, Market researched & built CRM product for Real estate agents growing this to 40% adoption within 6 months of launch. Experimented with multiple growth ideas to increase valuable actions in app from 8% to 19%.
