Preparation of container-wise product cost sheets for the Dubai branch. Business partnering with the other departments like production, sales, etc. to gather key data to understand business drivers, and offer financial insights to support strategic decisions. · In my current role, I work extensively on COGS analysis and product costing, including raw material, labor, and manufacturing overheads. I prepare monthly COGS for P&L reporting, perform actual vs standard cost analysis, and support management with gross margin insights and pricing decisions. I also build and automate cost sheets in Excel to improve accuracy and efficiency. · Perform Sales Price Variance Analysis to check Rate Compliance, and to support management in Pricing Strategy Adjustment & Performance Evaluation. · Manage sundry debtors and led debt collection efforts to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables for Dehradun & Lucknow depot of the company. · Audit various reports like Petty Cash Expenses and Monthly Vehicle Expenses to track down the factor increasing the cost. · Preparation of various reports like Labor Expenses, Sales Target vs Achieved Target report, Sales Trend Analysis, etc.
