PedalStart is India’s fastest-growing sector agnostic early stage startup accelerator where we support founders with Brainstorming, Ground Execution, Business Connections and Capital. We accelerate 1-2 startups every month and invest $100K-$200K as a pre-seed cheque to give wings for experimentation before raising an institutional VC round.Being in the core team I look after the following- Offline presence by organising different engagements [70+ events, startups]- Sourcing and filtering startups for various cohorts [8 cohorts, 18 investments]- Onboarding VCs, Angels and Mentors to the platform [80+ Funds, 300+ Angels, 50+ Family Offices]- Building of Angel Platform to enable retail investors [400+ Investors,$1 MN Raised]- Working closely with other ecosystem enablers [150+ Ecosystem partnerships]- People building and ensuring the team aligns with the company\'s vision [Hiring always!]I am also responsible for getting timely treats from new joiners:)
