About Aman Kumar Panda
I’m an aerospace researcher with a strong foundation in aircraft and rocket engine combustion, including work in hydrogen combustion, detonation-based propulsion, and flame stabilization.My academic background spans CFD, LES, chemical kinetics, and heat transfer, with hands-on experience using tools like ANSYS Fluent, Chemkin, CANTERA, and AVBP. I’ve contributed to research projects across India and France, including recent work presented at ASPACC 2025. I am currently working as a research associate, though the role has limited technical scope, prompting my search for deeper research engagement.I believe in building from fundamentals, understanding a problem at its core before approaching its complexity. This mindset has guided my work across topics and shaped how I approach modelling, simulation, and analysis.I’m now exploring opportunities to contribute to advanced propulsion research; especially in combustion modelling and high-speed flows, and I’m keen to connect with professionals and research groups working in aerospace R&D.
