AME Engineers Convert Bill of Material in Manufacturing BOM. As a AME Engineer, responsibility is to ensure the All data efficient and effective planning of EBOM processes to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing Quality. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, typically aimed at improving product performance, reducingprocess variation and product cost. Expertise in creating, managing, and maintaining Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) in ERP systems (such as SAP). Ensure BOM accuracy and structure across product lifecycle stages (prototype, pre-production, mass production). Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth EBOM to MBOM (Manufacturing BOM) transition. Support change management process (ECR/ECN) for BOM and part updates. Validate part numbers, revisions, and configurations for consistency in engineering data. Familiar with BOM comparison, structuring, Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly structure, and product configuration management. Identifying & compare with manufacturing data mismatch, Component defined by PE Used Company Software GSD( Global Shared data) For creation MBOM. ERP/SAP Release of assigned projects after completed released project do in SAP CMDT- Central Mass data transfer, Packaging instruction,(PI), Packaging Determination (PD), Production Version,(PV) & Rate Routing (RR)
