I serve tax practice owners to eliminate burnout. Owners who struggle with dealing with difficult and needy clients, unmotivated workers, unhealthy lifestyles, personal health challenges, and emotional instability that comes from the stress and overwhelm of managing a tax practice.Having managed a successful tax practice since 2007, I struggled to run a business while trying to enjoy my family, travel, and pursue personal goals. I was completely stressed out.never having any time for anything other than building the business and getting through tax returns. My weight was at an all-time high of 340 lbs, a strained marriage, and damaged friendships. My life was undesirable and I was unhappy and alone.In 2015, I decided to change the way I operate so I could have more time for myself and my family. I changed the days that I worked and the type of clients that I chose to work with along with increasing my prices. But it was more than just that.my BIGGEST problem was now creating a life where I didn\'t fall back into bad habits of just working. So began planning trips, getting into working out regularly at the gym, and taking on some personal growth projects.Today, I help hyper-successful tax practice owners achieve success to have the practice they love running providing services to clients they enjoy working with and having the freedom to do what they want in their personal life.
