Take ownership of the technical responsibility and delivery of internationally recognized quality assessment (EQA) programs. Including but not limited to; design, planning, management co-ordination of multiple external quality assessment (EQA) programs and their subsequent data analysis/validation and report authoring.The primary responsibility of the Scientific Project Lead is : • Prepare individualized project plans for QCMD EQA programs (using project management tools and disciplines).• Technically validate all appropriate EQA program documentation ensuring it is in place and kept up to-date• Data interpretation and authoring of statistical reports/findings for international distribution amongst program participants• Provide practical / technical support to the QCMD team and its key contractors.• Where appropriate, facilitate the in-process and release testing process of EQA materials• Coordinate with panel material producers to ensure that materials are delivered to QCMD on time• Negotiate with program coordinators and panel producers to ensure the effective management of the individual projects• Liaise with other QCMD staff to ensure that EQA programs run to predefined project plans• Collaborating with Scientific Experts and QCMD\'s management in scientific paper publications
