That experience deepened my commitment to inclusive, values-led leadership—something I carry into every boardroom and strategy session.With over 30 years of HR experience, I’m a qualified coach, employment law specialist, and transformation expert. I hold a Master’s in HRM (CIPD), an Advanced Diploma in Multijurisdictional Employment Law (FedEE), and certifications from both the CIPD and FSA.My mission?
