Are you looking for an HR profile capable of driving performance and supporting your development challenges?I am currently a Master’s student in the Grande Ecole program at KEDGE Business School, specializing in Human Resources, and I am looking for a permanent position starting from October 2026.Over the course of my experiences, I have developed a strong interest in HR, with a vision that is both human and business-oriented.My profile is built around: Management and analysis of HR indicators (reporting, dashboards)🤝 Contribution to recruitment processes and talent management Personnel administrative management (contracts, file tracking, compliance) Coordination and deployment of HR projects in changing environments At SPIE Batignolles, I helped structure the HR department by supporting contract management and helping to implement HR processes within a growing organization. At FSC, I strengthened my skills in sourcing and profile identification, allowing me to optimize the efficiency of recruitment processes. At Fnac Darty, I managed the recruitment and management of a significant volume of work-study students and interns, by intervening in the entire process: needs collection, sourcing, interviews, administrative management, and school relations.
