Adapter for Isilon.>> Worked on integrating Isilon NAS with Cohesity platform.>> Technology: C++- End to end responsibility for AIX, Solaris agent enabling backup to and restore from Cohesity platform.>> Wrote the agent, created toolchain for the agent and scripts to deploy a new dev environment with ease, build pipelines etc.>> Learned memory and CPU profiling: made improvements which lead to a 60% reduction in CPU, identified the compiler bugs and working around those for better memory utilization for the agent.>> Technology: Make, Golang, Bash, Compilers - Rewrote the agent in Java with an intent to support HP-UX. Supervised a team of 3 engineers- Stub Aware backup and restore.>> Identify and backup stubbed files (which are essentially a proxy for cold data)- Worked on SMB Proxy with Igor Korsunsky, an asynchronous SMB client for backing up or restore SMB shares on remote NAS.>>Achieved better resource utilization and more than 3x improvement than the previous version of SMB Proxy.>> Technology: C++
