   Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at the Punjab Skill Development Mission, an entity under the Government of Punjab. In this role, the reporting is directly to the Secretary of the Department of Employment Generation, Skill Development & Training within the Government of Punjab. Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of skill development projects, from project appraisal to the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the state. My duties encompass project implementation, continuous monitoring, and evaluation of skill development initiatives in Punjab. Fostering strong partnerships with sector skill councils to streamline the accreditation, assessment, and certification processes for candidates, ultimately bolstering their opportunities for enhanced livelihoods. Additionally, I play an active role in shaping policies and spearheading projects with the goal of establishing state-of-the-art centers of excellence.In addition to these responsibilities, I manage a dedicated team of 10 professionals at the state level, supervise 70 district staff members, and oversee the activities of more than 300 project implementing agencies. This comprehensive management scope encompasses all skill development schemes initiated by both the Central and state governments, including those supported through corporate social responsibility initiatives
