About Amanda Zehnder

With over 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, I am a trusted partner and advisor for PATH, an international nonprofit organization that transforms global health through innovation. As a Senior Organization Development and Change Management Advisor for the Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA), I work with leaders and teams to understand their vision of success and apply my expertise in organizational psychology, change management, project management, training and leadership development to develop and implement fit for purpose solutions.I provide technical assistance focusing on talent development and training for global vaccine development projects, building internal capabilities within CVIA and across PATH. I also serve as a coach for all levels of leadership, from the Director of CVIA to first time managers, and facilitate customized professional development experiences for large scale meetings. I am certified in Crucial Conversations and Situational Leadership II, and have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning interventions that reach learners in low resource areas.
