I build the operational systems that help companies scale without breaking. For over a decade, I\'ve worked at the intersection of finance, operations, legal, and strategy, stepping into ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and creating the structure that lets teams move faster with confidence. At Zapier, I redesigned procurement and contracting workflows that cut our average SLA from 30 days to 8.9.But the truth is, I\'ve been doing this since I was five, when I wanted to work on a cruise ship doing every job at once. Not because I couldn\'t choose, but because I wanted to understand how the whole system fit together.That instinct has shaped every chapter. At a nine-person design studio, I built the operational backbone from scratch: compensation structures, project tracking systems, and day-to-day processes that didn\'t exist before I walked in. At a nonprofit accounting firm, I built documentation and compliance workflows for organizations still finding their footing. At CH Robinson, I led a team\'s transition to fully remote operations during 2020 without losing a beat. And at Zapier, that instinct turned into full-scale system building. I led cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Legal, IT, and Security. I delivered an operating model redesign that improved governance at scale. I drove execution on 860+ annual procurement initiatives.I also chaired MINDZ, Zapier\'s neurodiversity ERG, because I believe the systems we build should honor the humans inside them, not just optimize around them.What ties all of this together: I\'m the person who sits in the messy middle of a complex organization and creates clarity, structure, and trust.
