WORK HISTORY
Supervising Attorney, Legal Services Division @State of Indiana
The Indiana Offices of Court Services (formerly known as the Indiana Judicial Center) is the Indiana Supreme Court staff agency for the Judicial Conference. As a research attorney, I field research requests and help draft memos and orders for complex civil motions from any judicial officer in the Conference. My duties also include staffing judicial committees - Court Security, Civil Jury Instructions, Civil Benchbook, Appointed Judicial Officers Deskbook, and the Board of Directors. My additional projects include Commercial Courts and the Innovation Initiative (and it\'s Civil Litigation Taskforce). I also keep the judiciary informed of developments in Indiana civil law through two blogs, Case Clips and the Legislative Update.
