   QuayChain digitizes the supply chain “blackholes” to create a more efficient, sustainable supply chain, starting with ports and multimodal. Its technology involves location-specific devices, computer vision/ML, AI, edge, 5G and data pipeline. In 2020, I became an advisor to QuayChain, before joining as the 1st employee and part of leadership, in this early-stage 10 person startup. My role melds business, marketing, product and corporate strategy and management- Created product strategy, roadmap, new use cases and new market opportunities and prioritization, in collaboration with CTO - Identified and closed pilot customers for MVP of first SaaS product rollout - Built end-to-end product enterprise customer pilot leads and pilot strategy and framework - Shipped on-budget, on-time prototype by designing UI/UX, detailing requirements and managing offshore developers - Collaborated with engineering team to ship MVP, by updating UX needs, feature prioritization and being voice of customer - Drafted new market sustainability/ESG strategy and use cases, including customer discovery/validation and leads and collaborating with device engineer and CTO on criteria to enable new use cases- Established diverse partnership, alliances and influencer stakeholders ecosystem to accelerate acceptance of QuayChain’s innovative product vision and future locations- Built business model and pricing for PLG and enterprise SaaS, and enterprise end-to-end solution-Ran fundraising by identifying aligned VCs and angels, building financial model and developing pitch and pitching
