During this time, Ashok had the opportunity to shape the technology departments of several organizations, both big and small as well as public and private. The next goal in his career is to become the CIO/CTO/CISO for a global enterprise with responsibility over a technology budget and/or P&L as applicable, scope for new efficiencies, and a mantra that the education & hard work of employees will lead to the success of the entire organization.As a skilled leader, Ashok has leveraged technology to help the company’s human capital deliver an increased work product, faster. Ashok was also able to foster tight-knit corporate culture and close communication gaps to take advantage of his staff in other countries (namely India) to add value to customers (both internal and external).
