I use cultural insights and audience behavior to drive business impact across digital channels, with deep experience in social strategy. My background is in social, but I use it as a lens to understand how brands show up in culture.I led the strategic evolution of Barbie’s social presence ahead of the 2023 movie launch and into the 2024 awards season, helping drive more than 1M new followers and several pieces of content that reached millions of organic views. I also launched the Barbie and Monster High TikTok channels from the ground up, growing them organically to nearly 4M followers combined.My experience spans both paid and organic social. I developed a full-funnel paid social creative framework informed by platform best practices that is now used across multiple Mattel brands to align creative strategy with business objectives. I build integrated social strategies across Meta and TikTok and work closely with creative and production teams to ensure content resonates culturally and drives measurable results.While social has been the focus of my experience, I’m interested in roles where data informed strategy, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration can influence broader brand and business growth.
