Key Accomplishments Important Duties as Director of Human Resources: • Led the successful integration of 14 new sites and approximately new associates. • Improved service to internal customers through effective leadership of a team of five direct reports (human resource managers) by implementing biweekly team calls with in-advance agendas, defining specific deliverables and tracking deliverable progress. • Quickly responded to the 2021 wage crisis by taking a wholistic approach to addressing wages on a site-by-site basis. Eliminated step progressions. Other regions followed our approach. • Led the creation of a “North America HR” shared folder to have ‘everything in one place’. • Created Engagement Dashboard to assist senior business leaders in understanding efforts. • Led and delivered “Office Manager Training Series” with SOPs; large voluntary participation • Implemented new approach to performance reviews and calibration. • Changed expectation on recruiting from “recruiters do everything” to “we all have to be recruiters”. • Serve as trusted liaison between the field and corporate in working through compensation and recruiting issues and concerns. • Close review and approval of terminations reduced number of cases and grievances. • Determine investigatory needs for ethics hotline complaints (myself, outside counsel, or HR manager). Ensure proper investigation and appropriate action taken; investigation report posed within 30 days. • Present annually at leadership conference.
