Lead Operational Diligence (LOI → Close + Post-Close Onsite)-Manage the diligence process. Identify, assess, and manage operational and cultural risks during diligence-Guide sellers through each step of the LOI-to-Close process, providing transparency and clear communication.Build and Maintain Seller Partnerships-Set expectations with sellers prior to Close regarding integration, operational changes, and cultural alignment-Facilitate smooth transitions while maintaining trust and transparency with sellers through Close-Conduct post-Close Onsite visits to introduce SEER to incoming brand\'s team-Support Operations and internal teams in maintaining alignment with sellers’ expectations and company culture.Integration Planning & Implementation-Forecast synergies and incorporate acquisition strategy into integration plans, ensuring operational execution aligns with strategic objectives-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess operational readiness and prepare integration plans-Synthesize and communicate key acquisition information to SEER internal teams.
