   P&L responsibility for entire business with the exception of finance, accounting, legal and HR. Organizations with direct oversight include marketing, sales, implementation, service, revenue cycle management, product, R&D, I/T, Strategy. Area of responsibility includes setting the vision for 700+ employees and delivering products/services to ~50K physicians and providers. Growth targets (and prior year results) include double digit revenue growth, expansion of operating income and improvement in operating margin. Key accomplishments in 2020, first full year in the role: double-digit revenue growth, 770 bps improvement in OI, 10x telehealth virtual visits delivered YoY, 315% improvement in employee NPS with employee engagement at 59%(based on Gallup method), established company OKRs, increased transparency and implemented better methods of regular communication. AdvancedMD was highlighted in GPN earnings calls as a “bright spot” and complimented for our resilience during the pandemic.
