I am an engaging, person centered professional with 10 years of experience leading onboarding for new customers in virtual and in-person settings. I’m eager to work closely with customers to hear their needs, help them articulate their goals, and get to work setting them up for success.With a background in higher education, I have 10 years of experience mentoring teams, managing logistics of large scale events and programs, and identifying resources that support customers while they try out new ventures.
