As part of PTAG’s Professional Services & Resources team, I work closely with our skilled Projects team & Leaders, hiring managers, and HR to support the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for technical and project delivery roles.Key Responsibilities:• Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates across PTAG’s service lines.• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Construction Management, and other specialty disciplines.• Assist workforce planning activities by understanding project scopes, technical requirements, and schedule-driven staffing needs.• Coordinate mobilization logistics, helping ensure smooth candidate onboarding, travel planning, site access, and compliance documentation.• Build sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and associations to attract high-caliber talent for capital project environments.• Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders; including PMO, HR, Finance, and Project Delivery teams.• Contribute to PTAG’s employer branding efforts through candidate engagement, networking, and industry outreach.• Track and update recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate candidate data and timely communication with hiring teams.
