After more than a decade of working in both the public and private sectors it was my ambition to establish a planning consultancy practice that holds at its heart the principle of providing independent and objective planning advice that is tailored to the specific requirements and aspirations of our clients, rather than an \'off-the-shelf\' approach to every project.We provide a personal, but pragmatic service that is based upon a detailed understanding of the financial, contractual and timescale pressures faced when trying to navigate the planning system.The breadth of services that we provide includes, site identification/ development potential assessments; pre-application advice; community engagement and consultation; planning applications; planning appeals; planning enforcement; Environmental Impact Assessment; and providing expert evidence at Planning Appeals.
