As part of TransLink’s Business Technology Services (BTS) team, I support a range of strategic and operational initiatives aimed at improving internal communication, service delivery, and digital collaboration across the organization.My work involves: • Supporting technology and capital projects across departments • Creating internal communication materials, process guides, and service catalogs • Building low-code tools using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance employee access to information • Helping shape technology workforce strategies and improve employee digital literacy • Collaborating across teams to ensure efficient project execution and alignmentThis role allows me to combine business, technology, and communication, and contribute to real improvements in how TransLink delivers value to its employees and riders.
