   Coordinate logistics for diverse event portfolio including annual conference programming, monthly committee meetings, virtual learning sessions, technical workshops, regional events, and pop-up activations, managing up to 5 concurrent events at various planning stages- Serve as primary liaison for members and committee stakeholders, leading planning calls and managing all attendee communications from pre-event outreach through post-event follow-up- Oversee event operations including speaker coordination, registration management, sponsor deliverables, and vendor communications for events- Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations across multiple cities, researching and evaluating facilities to secure optimal event spaces within budget parameters- Develop promotional materials, event agendas, and marketing content while tracking engagement metrics and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize programming and strengthen member participation
