In my most recent role as the Marketing Partner Manager at Crestron Electronics, I leveraged my 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications to develop and execute strategic partner initiatives that drive revenue and brand awareness. I have a B.A. in Communication Studies and a passion for marketing and business development.I managed Crestron\'s partnership with Microsoft, acting as the main point of contact, driving partner programs, assuring compliance, and securing incremental partner funding. I also collaborated with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product management, marketing, and creative, to communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments. Previously, I led B2B integrated marketing campaigns and business development strategies at Sesto Labs, and managed all lead-generation tools and client presentations at Megaphone TV. My goal is to create and deliver impactful marketing solutions that generate value for both partners and customers.

   Collaborate with the Community Director, EVP, and President, to plan the yearly direction based on community needs and feedback.• Deliver a presentation on childhood food insecurity to 100+ people during the November General Meeting.• Reach out monthly to community partners including, DCFS (Department of Child & Family Services), F&Y (Family & Youth Counseling Agency), CASA, Harbour House, and TLP (Transitional Living Program for Homeless Youth), to take inventory and replenish items accordingly.• Oversee the planning and packing of over non-perishable food bags given to 7 local Title I elementary schools. • Monitor the committee\'s budget, ensuring financial responsibilities are maintained.• Assign tasks to committee members based on project needs and individual strengths.• Train and support the assistant chair in performing their responsibilities effectively.
