As a Recruiter for the Business operations area of the business, my remit is to identify the best and brightest individuals in the market place, engage with them and manage through them recruitment process. When I joined Softcat in 2007 the Company had one office and 120 employees. Today we have offices in Marlow, Manchester, London, Bristol, Leeds and Glasgow and over employees and still growing. Our growth has been rapid and the scale of recruitment has been remarkable but I have achieved every target and enjoyed every minute. My role entails: • Promoting Softcat in terms of career prospects • Coordinating regional recruitment drives • Creating job descriptions and person specifications • Presenting to talent pools to outline the various roles and benefits of working at Softcat • Vetting applications • Liaising with and managing the candidate pool prior, during and post-assessment • Sourcing assessment venues • Planning and coordinating group assessment processes on and off site • Conducting 1-1 interviews • Ensuring that we attract not just talented individuals but people with a good cultural fit • Processing job offers and liaising with HR team to on board new recruits If you\'re interested in joining Softcat, please contact me: Email: A•••••••@Softcat.com Telephone: 01•••••••08
