I have always been obsessed with keeping organized and loved to have a fast-paced, people-focused job (except for my first job which was at a Doggy Day Care). In my first job after college, I was introduced to the AEC industry and immediately wanted to be a part of this group of people who were making a difference in the world. It was there that I found my niche in proposal management. Since entering the AEC industry, I have used my curiosity and creativity to curate winning proposals for engineering firms. My talent for organization, management, and communication, coupled with my love for interacting with people and getting things done have made me a successful leader in the fast-paced environment of the proposal world. I am fiercely competitive and passionate about my work. My ambitions have led me to become a strong force in business development, business strategy, and sales. I am constantly looking for new avenues to grow my network and expand my knowledge.
