ABOUT AMANDA LIVERMORE
Amanda is a coach, facilitator, and champion for neurodivergent leaders and the organisations that value them. She is passionate about co-creating environments where people feel included, understood, and supported. Her belief is that through such environments, insights can be sparked, perspectives widen and learning is invited. Her approach centres on catalysing lasting change that emerges organically and from within. Her belief being; that when people re-connect with who they are and their true capabilities, they naturally create positive ripples throughout their organisations/communities. Amanda works with leaders and human-beings to: Build confidence and self-trust, even in challenging environments Facilitate curiosity and decision making - for increased clarity and purpose Navigate complex systems without hiding or burning out Influence the environment—so difference is welcomed, not just tolerated Whether working with individuals or groups, her focus remains constant: empowering people to reconnect with themselves in the hope it brings lightness and more acceptance which in turn creates positive shifts that benefit both themselves and their communities.
