July 2021 - September 2022 The Office of HR Organizational Performance (HROP) provides dedicated support and project management services for all HR goals and special projects, operational needs, strategic initiatives, and overarching UPMC goals. HROP assesses business needs and connects cross-functional stakeholders to help meet project goals, objectives and deliverables. The team works toward building collaborative relationships, enhancing efficiencies, delivering timely and quality results for our business partners, and supporting a strong UPMC culture. Key areas of focus for the team include, but not limited to merger and acquisition activities, operational efficiencies, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
