I LOVE supply chain operations. Ensuring goods and services are available to the consumer at the right time and for the right price brings out the biggest geek inside me. Ten years (and thousands of spreadsheets) into my career, I discovered that my true passion lies in managing supply chain projects and teams to set up processes and systems that assist organizations in getting to that optimal state smarter, versus harder.I enjoy working cross-functionally on improvement projects from strategy to evaluation and am constantly looking for smarter ways to do things. Technology and automation have always been at the foundation of my success, whether it\'s implementing an ERP system, starting up a new supply chain strategy, reducing material costs, improving supplier or customer on-time delivery, reducing manufacturing lead times, or optimizing inventory. Utilizing digital tools successfully is a win for all stakeholders and should be a top priority for every supply chain.
