By aligning strategy, products, and operations across training, compensation, onboarding, and tools, we\'re enabling our field to deliver exceptional client experiences and advance the company\'s Protection-Powered Growth strategy.My 20-year career at New York Life has progressed from the Actuarial Development Program through product leadership to transforming customer and field experiences. Most recently, I led the Purchase Experience, where we modernized the end-to-end purchase journey, launched Express Issue fluidless underwriting, and delivered an MVP of the Universal Purchase Experience - an industry-first integrated application. These initiatives introduced AI and data-driven models to complement our deep human expertise while maintaining the financial strength that defines our company.As a leader, I bridge analytical rigor with relationship-based leadership, bringing talented people together with clear purpose and vision.
