With two decades of experience, I approach every new relationship by putting myself in the shoes of my clients. I create a firm foundation for our partnerships by learning who your organization is today, where you started, and where you want to be. I work hand-in-hand to address how to better diversify the workforce, which includes building out strategies that address not only employee benefit programs but total rewards. This holistic approach ensures these programs are not only designed strategically, but are viable and sustainable for long-term cost-savings and growth. My clientele spans the globe with relationships in Asia, Guam and Hawaii, as well as coast-to-coast across the United States. This global knowledge enables me to develop comprehensive and tailored benefit plans to meet the rapidly-evolving needs of employees and their employers in constantly-changing regulatory and financial environments. I joined Lockton’s Chicago office in 2022 as my leadership style aligns with the firm’s “People First” culture. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my global expertise to my backyard and help provide Chicago and the Midwest region’s companies find better solutions to attract and attain top talent and meet the needs of today’s flexible workforce and continue to bring innovative solutions to Micronesia.
