At CLEAR, I led the Members Engineering organization — spanning Payments, Mobile, and CRM — and drove a multi-year modernization of our billing and consumer platforms. We migrated over 7 million subscribers to Stripe Billing in just 90 days, reduced operating costs by double digits, and embedded AI tools across engineering and operations to improve velocity and customer experience. Across my career, I’ve found that the best engineering outcomes start with strong teams.
