I help organisations turn strategy into performance — without the noise.At i-Genie.ai, I aim to build the people foundations that let an ambitious AI business scale with clarity and speed: strong managers, meaningful OKRs, and structures that reduce friction instead of adding it. My focus is simple — impact over activity, alignment over volume.Performance follows clarity. When priorities are clear and leaders are equipped to make good decisions, teams move faster and do better work.
