I am an engineer who loves to write, which is on par with spotting a unicorn during your morning run. In my quest to combine my love of problem-solving with my talent for storytelling, I’ve landed in the world of Content and Product Marketing, where I get to work with brilliant and diverse groups of people to orchestrate the right combination of technical detail and compelling messaging that drives readers to take action. I love thinking about why something works.or even better, why it doesn’t. Marketing comes with a spectacular amount of data that can validate user behavior, reveal what words resonate, and define customer personas. I never put my own assumptions or preferences above user feedback. At the end of the day, it’s always about the user and I am constantly working to learn more from customer research and user testing. I am the sole Senior Content and Product Marketing Manager at an AI software startup. As such, I am incredibly invested in the value that the right AI tools and strategies can bring to a business. My engineering background gives me a unique view of the opportunities and challenges the tech industry presents, and I know that companies must demonstrate why AI technology is a trusted partner and an incredible time saver, not a risky or expensive replacement for human expertise.That’s why content and product marketing is critical in the perception and success of AI technology. I am passionate about the educational content I create because I know AI can be a spectacular ally. I love telling the story of how excellent AI in the hands of savvy users takes businesses to new levels. I’ve never forgotten that engineers think differently; I treat quality as my personal superpower as I create, test, and refine content.
