I am the Vice President and Controller for Natural Gas at ONEOK, where I lead operational accounting and financial reporting across our natural gas pipelines and gathering and processing segments, with responsibility for US GAAP compliance, SOX oversight, and regulatory considerations unique to the midstream industry. I partner closely with commercial, operations, and executive leadership to evaluate complex transactions and strategic initiatives, translating technical accounting requirements into clear, practical guidance that supports sound business decisions while managing risk. A core focus of my role is building and leading high‑performing teams, and I currently manage and mentor accountants, analysts, and supervisors across multiple locations with an emphasis on accountability, professional development, and collaboration. I am also deeply involved in enterprise transformation efforts, including streamlining reporting, enhance data integrity, and improve transparency, and I am passionate about developing finance organizations that balance operational excellence, strong controls, and business partnership. I graduated from Oklahoma State University and earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. I am a CPA licensed in Oklahoma and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of CPAs and Oklahoma State University Alumni Association. I serve as a board member for Street School, a non-profit focusing on helping children in grades 9-12 graduate while preparing them for college, technical school or the workforce and has previously served as a board member of Junior Achievement of Tulsa.
