Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, I work to diversify revenue streams, deepen supporter engagement, and elevate the organization\'s global influence as a champion for women in medicine.In this role, I guide the development and execution of innovative fundraising and strategic initiatives, forging meaningful partnerships with industry, foundations, and professional societies. I represent Women As One at major conferences and forums, amplifying our mission through thought leadership and stakeholder engagement.By combining a data-driven approach with a deep commitment to advocacy, I help build sustainable pathways for women cardiologists to thrive, ensuring that our programs, initiatives, and collaborations remain aligned with the evolving needs of the cardiovascular workforce.Together with our team and global community, I am proud to be shaping a future where diversity, innovation, and opportunity define the field of cardiology—and beyond.
