   I lead outreach strategy and program delivery for the Southern California EBD initiative, focusing on trade allies, community energy partners, and readiness for construction program managers. My role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and resource development to ensure inclusive, compliant, and effective implementation. Key responsibilities include- Program Delivery Leadership: Oversee outreach and engagement workflows that support participant enrollment and prepare delivery teams for direct install and multifamily pathways- CPM Onboarding Enablement: Build outreach and education processes for future Construction Program Managers, including guidance materials and onboarding frameworks- Community & Trade Ally Engagement: Develop partnerships with community-based organizations and trade allies to expand program reach and ensure equitable participation- Collateral Development & Compliance: Create and QA technical resources for assessors and installers, such as training guides, checklists, and outreach collateral, ensuring accuracy, usability, and compliance with program requirements- Workflow & Data Governance: Design secure intake and escalation processes, and manage SharePoint-based data transfer protocols for delivery teams and partners- Performance Monitoring: Track outreach activities, analyze engagement and installation data, and report progress to leadership for continuous improvement- Equity & Standards: Maintain program integrity through compliance checks, QA/QC reviews, and alignment with equity-driven service delivery goals.
