ABOUT AMANDA MADDOX
I was eleven years old when I first facilitated a college class. I vividly remember setting up a hands-on exercise for a room of ecopsychology students, walking them through the activity and debrief, and feeling absolutely exhilarated as I listened to their feedback - they had learned something! The joy of guiding others to “aha” moments has stayed with me ever since, and I find myself now thriving at the intersection of business and education where I can help others learn, grow, and exceed their goals.Throughout my career, I have been able to coach, teach, and otherwise enable thousands of colleagues, go-to-market professionals, business leaders, and university students. As an enablement leader, my teams and I have onboarded new revenue team members through a mix of online and live in-person sessions, run continuous education initiatives including building and facilitating sales methodology workshops, created and maintained product certification programs globally, coached members of our revenue management team, and partnered with SMEs to develop online courses and content for the organization’s LMS and CMS.My mission is to help unleash others’ potential by providing coaching, training, and opportunities for practice.
