I work with people who have been deeply engaged in their own personal growth and are beginning to notice that effort alone is no longer creating the momentum they are looking for. Many are reflective, self-aware, and feel caught in an exhausting loop of trying to do things the “right way.”My work centers on presence, ethical practice, and creating a compassionate, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming coaching relationship where people are met as whole, intelligent, and capable.As a coach, my role is not to direct your path or provide answers. I offer steady support, share gentle context when it feels helpful, reflect patterns with care, and help create conditions where your own clarity, self-trust, and agency feel more accessible. From there, people often find they are able to move forward in ways that feel aligned and genuinely their own.I founded Light Matter Coaching, LLC, a deeply human practice grounded in the understanding that people are innately whole, intelligent, and capable, even when clarity, direction, or momentum feels harder to access. Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing through, coaching centers compassion, context, and lived experience, recognizing how systems, expectations, relationships, and histories shape what feels possible.Light Matter Coaching provides a calm, relational space to explore aspirations, soften internal pressure, and support greater access to self-trust, agency, and clarity. Growth is understood as something that unfolds naturally when urgency and self-judgment begin to soften and compassion and curiosity have more room to emerge.Sessions are available virtually and in person.
