In my role as Director, I lead a department that is directly responsible for procuring, managing, and administrating the domestic and international property and casualty insurance programs across ANDE and our Joint Ventures. In addition, the Insurance team is responsible for claims management, asset protection, exposure identification, and implementing/managing risk transfer compliance processes. We are hyper-focused on adding value to our business by identifying opportunities to collaborate with our internal and external customers and creating a culture promoting risk management strategies consistent with our corporate strategy and vision.About The Andersons Inc.(ANDE)What began as a single grain elevator and one man’s dream has grown into a publicly traded company with diverse interests that include agribusinesses such as grain and plant nutrients as well as railcar leasing and repair, industrial products formulation, turf products and ethanol operations.
