About Amanda Fendel
I support learning and development efforts to help improve people’s skills, knowledge, and abilities. I want to bring excitement to learning and inspire people to grow throughout their career.At and outside of work, I like to be creative. I strive to create interactive and informative trainings that keep people engaged. In my 4 years of supporting training and testing, I created training programs and documentation that gave people opportunities to learn new skills. In addition, my unofficial title was a change manager, giving people opportunities to talk about their frustration and provide support through the changes. Whether I was leading a class or in the back supporting, I wanted the best outcome for my clients.After completing my M.Sc. in Learning and Development in Organizations in June 2022, I moved to Charlotte, NC to work for IPEX as a Training Specialist. As the first person in this role, I am building training content from the ground up to support onboarding and technical skill training.
